MiNo. 16 was overprinted by 2 printers:

Printer A = The Post & Telegraph Department, Bangkok
Printer B = Akson Printing Press, Bangkok
The two printers share the overprints as follows:

16 A I (TYPE 1) = Printer A and B
16 A II (Type 2) = only printer B
16 A III (Type 3) = only printer B
16 A IV (Type 4) = only printer A
Colors sensitive to water, especially MiNr. 16A. Color fresh used pieces of MiNr. 16A are therefore rare and correspondingly expensive.
STAMPS UP TO APPROX. 1950:
(MH/MLH) / (*) - Mint / unused with hinges, hinge remains, incomplete gum, tropical gum etc.
(MNH) / (**) - Mint never hinged and/or without hinge remnants, complete gum as issued, possibly darkened.
CERTIFICATE / CERTIFICATION:
On request and against payment of costs (approx. 50€) we will be happy to have a certificate issued by P.A.T. Bangkok.
However, this can take up to 5 months, since the P.A.T. committee only meets every 3 months.
