The Obv. depicts cranes flying from the shining sun with stars in front (a common case of illiteracy of an engraver and Bank Authorities - there are no opportunity to see many stars in presence of the shining sun on the Earth). The Rev. depicts a plane AN-2, which became the most important in economy of the communist USSR and beyond and helped the whole country and the world to flourish.
