Interesting unpublished coin with long heel of Italian boot on the map. Usually the heel is short as it is shown on the left coin. This coin is added as a gift for comparison for your convenience. But the right coin shows very long heel (Salento region of Italy). The photo of fragment is taken with a magnifying equipment under cold light, which gives better contrast (that is why it looks sharp and a bit blue).

The coin is from a collection and the previous owner informed that no other similar coin is known to him. In 2016-2018 the verification of rarity was conducted. Among all similar to this 865 coins Euro countries no other coin with long heel was detected. Presumably rare.
