Many additions have been made to the present issue of Lloyd`s Calendar, and the matter in all the sections has been revised. In response to several requests from readers, the Legal Section, which appeared for the first time in the 1928 edition has been enlarged, and a glossary of Shipping, Insurance and Commercial Abbreviations included. An illustrated article on Lloyd`s new building will be found and a list of past and present Honorary members, chairmen and deputy-chairmen of Lloyd`s has been added (Vorwort). - Cororation of Lloyd`s ist eine englische Vereinigung von Einzelversicherern, die vor allem die Seeversicherung börsenmäßig betreibt. - Einbd. vorrangig am Rücken stark verblichen und mit leichten Gebrauchsspuren, inwendig guter Zustand.
