The largest and best known district for antiques and collectibles in Berlin is the Suarezstraße between Kant- and Bismarckstraße in Charlottenburg. More than 35 long-established shops are lined up in the narrowest space selling antique clocks, historic clothes, old glass, classic (design-) furniture, quirky curiosities and various works of art, just to name a few.
A very special event is the yearly “Antikmeile”. All the traders come together with friends to celebrate their Festival of Antiques. For that reason they collect special pieces all over the year which will be offered for the first time at that event. Collections of antiques with wide varieties from new purchases or house dissolutions will be sold from guest traders and colleagues. You are a trader of antiques and want to participate at the Antikmeile? Then just fill out the application form and book one of the 150 market stalls.
It has become common knowledge. The giant flea market at Ostbahnhof is the largest and most beautiful market of Berlin.
You ask yourself: why is that? So, come around and take your time, there are over 600 market stalls to discover plenty of things. Vintage furniture, Antiques with wide varieties, Design, Art, Jewelry, freaky Second Hand Stuff, Vinyl, Books and so many more you can’t imagine. All in all over 2 km of sales area, so it’s hard to find nothing to buy.

With its fulminate breakthrough in January this year the young Berlin design show rose in the coveted ranks of the European design events.
75 international exhibitors and over 5,000 visitors romped for 3 days on the floor 4 of the Galeria Kaufhof Ostbahnhof. It´s unique and for Berlin exemplary GDR atmosphere provides an ideal setting to sell furniture and product design over the past 120 years.
In 2017 the upcoming edition will take place at more than 4000 sqm and we expect up to 100 exhibitors.
The International Designfair and Marketplace presents design classics as furniture, interior design, technique, glass, ceramic, metal, jewellery, fabrics & art in the rare originals, offered by international vintage art dealers and private collectors.
Classical avant-garde, fancy vintage furniture from the 50s to 70s and contemporary works of young product designer show, how to proceed the spirit of successful and experimental design.
The design.Boerse_Berlin serves as a platform for dealers, gallery owners, auction houses, collectors, museums, press and the opportune enthused audience.
The fair stimulates not only design lovers, gallery and museum owners to complete their collection. In addition to masterpieces and selected rarities, affordable items for different purposes and inspired interior-settings encourage to purchase.
